Who Am I?
My name is Eleanor Watson
I’m a trainer and qualitative researcher specialising in suicide following domestic abuse. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed practice, real‑world experience, and a commitment to improving safety and support for people at risk of harm.

I offer training and consultancy based in my foundations as a licensed Suicide First Aid Associate Tutor, certified Independent Domestic Violence Advisor, and current PhD Researcher.

An introductory, half-day course delivered under licence from the National Centre for Suicide Prevention Education and Training.
This course provides essential awareness and practical guidance to help you recognise the signs of suicide, start supportive conversations, and respond safely in the moment.
