Safeguarding Policy
StaySafe Training & Consultancy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals who engage with our training and consultancy services. We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed learning environment, particularly when delivering training on sensitive subjects such as suicide prevention and domestic abuse.
All information shared during training or consultancy is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where there are concerns about a risk of serious harm to an individual or others, abuse or neglect, serious professional malpractice, or where there is a legal obligation to share information.
Where possible and appropriate, individuals will be informed before any information is shared. Information will only be shared on a proportionate, need-to-know basis with relevant organisations or authorities.
Our services are delivered for training and consultancy purposes only and do not replace therapeutic support, safeguarding services, or crisis intervention. We do not investigate safeguarding concerns but will take appropriate action where concerns arise, which may include escalation, reporting, or signposting to relevant services.
